Terms and conditions
All returned items postage to be paid by buyer unless not as described. Any order placed before midday will probably ship that day. This applies Monday through Friday, no shipping will take place on any item on either Saturday or Sunday. Items ordered Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will normally be shipped on a Monday. We send out an automatic email to you once an item has been dispatched. We use Royal Mail 1st class for all UK small orders. We use Hermes tracked delivery for Rexine and large orders. Overseas orders by prior agreement only. We will not enter into negotiations relating to replacement or refund of goods until the time period as established by a delivery company regarding late or lost goods has been passed. This is 15 working days through Royal Mail and Hermes. We cannot change the given delivery address once an item has been dispatched. If you are not going to be in for a delivery a card will be left by RM or Hermes. You can then arrange for a redelivery. Hermes will make a total of three attempts before the parcel is returned. RM will only deliver once and parcel will then need to be collected from a delivery office. RM will only hold a parcel for approximately a week before returning to sender. Returned parcels will need the buyer to pay for a new delivery. Our parcels are large and/or long and will not fit any letterbox so please make sure that any delivery address will have someone available and able to sign for a delivery.
